DELIVERY AND RETURNS
To ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition Dom uses one of the best distribution channels.
As our products are perishable all orders are properly wrapped in insulated packaging and transported by refridgerated carrier, in order to safeguard the quality and longevity of the products.
Orders will only be sent to the address supplied by the client.
Upon completion your order will be dispatched within 4 working days.
Orders are considered complete when they have been accepted and proof of payment has been successfully received.
All goods must be signed for upon receipt. Deliveries are made from 9am – 6pm Monday – Friday.
We do not deliver to post box addresses.
Please take care to check your address before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for incomplete or incorrect addresses.
If there is no-one present to receive your order we will contact you by telephone or email.
If it is not possible to contact you your order will be returned to us. If you wish us to resend the order you will be charged transport costs.
If it is not possible to enter into contact with you to arrange delivery and your order is returned to us, and if you do not respond to emails and/or phone calls, we reserve the right not to refund the value of the order.
