Dom Maranho da Sertã
Boil the DOM Maranho in water for 15 to 20 minutes, with a sprig of fresh mint. Cut into thick slices and serve with seasonal greens and homemade potato chips.
Dom Bucho da Sertã
Wrap the DOM Bucho in foil or baking paper and roast in the oven at 170º for 15 minutes. Open the wrapping and leave to brown for a further 5 to 10 minutes. Cut into thick slices and serve with homemade potato chips, salad or seasonal greens and slices of orange.
